Membership Benefits
As a Stitch&Stay Shipping Protection+ member, you are entitled to the following benefits:
1. Shipping Protection
Every order placed during your active membership period is covered against loss, theft, or damage during transit. In the event that your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, Stitch&Stay will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Coverage applies to each individual order placed while the membership is active.
2. Members-Only Collections
Active members gain early and exclusive access to curated collections not available to the general public. These collections are updated regularly and are accessible only through a member account while the subscription remains active.
3. Weekly Giveaways — Up to $100 in Gift Cards
Members are automatically entered into a weekly giveaway with prizes of up to $100 USD in Stitch&Stay gift cards. Giveaways are conducted every week and winners are selected at random from the active member pool. Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their account.
4. Priority Order Support
Members receive prioritised customer support for any issues relating to their orders, including but not limited to size, quality, or delivery concerns. Member support requests are handled ahead of standard queue, ensuring faster resolution times and dedicated assistance from the Stitch&Stay support team.
5. Exclusive Deals & Discounts Every 10 Days
Every 10 days, active members receive access to exclusive discount codes and limited-time deals not available to non-members. These offers are delivered directly to the member’s registered email address and are valid for a limited period as specified in each offer.
Billing & Automatic Renewal
The Stitch&Stay Shipping Protection+ membership is a recurring subscription. By completing your purchase and adding this membership to your order, you authorise Stitch&Stay to charge $2.99 USD to your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel.
- Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the same date as your initial sign-up.
- You will receive a reminder email prior to each renewal charge.
- No refunds are issued for partial months after a billing cycle has commenced.
- If a payment fails, your membership and associated benefits will be paused until payment is successfully processed.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Stitch&Stay Shipping Protection+ membership at any time, with no fees or penalties. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, meaning you will retain access to all membership benefits until that date.
To cancel your membership:
- Log in to your Stitch&Stay account and navigate to “Manage Membership”, or
- Contact our support team at support@stitchandstay.store and we will process your cancellation within 24 hours.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.
Shipping Protection — What Is Not Covered
Shipping protection does not apply to the following situations:
- Orders placed prior to activation of the membership
- Damage caused by the customer after delivery
- Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer
- Orders placed during a lapsed or cancelled membership period
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the United States Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable consumer protection legislation. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
